Volcanic Super Mario Bros. U is a fully custom NSMBU mod made by WillyMaker.

This mod uses a trick with the level 7-Airship together with route editing to make a jump from World 1 to World 8 after completing 1-Castle, as 7-Airship is the ONLY level from World 7 used in the mod, and serves only as a transition level, it has been disregarded for the number of levels on the right, aswell as the entire World 7. If 7-Airship was to be taken into account, this would be a 3-world mod with 12 levels.
