Goombratlas is a NSMBU/NSLU World Map editor created by JuPaHe64. Currently, no support is provided to this tool by the developer, for the reasons on the warning below.
As such, no official builds (releases) are provided, for convenience, an unofficial precompiled build is provided here on the info table to the right.

This tool is severely unfinished and contains lots of bugs, use at your own risk and keep frequent backups of your worldmap files.
